What is the process for booking hotel reservations over the Internet?
Booking hotel reservations has never been easier than it is today using luxehotels.com. The system will ask you for your dates of travel and then show you available rooms and rates. You may then select from the options and complete the ordering process.
How do I know that my online reservations went through?
Luxe Hotels online reservations will always display a receipt page that you may print at the end of the transaction. This gives you the pertinent phone numbers, dates, and your confirmation as well as the amount paid. You will also be emailed a confirmation and receipt in most cases.
Cancellations and Charges
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel 1day before arrival to avoid a 1 night penalty
What do you need to guarantee the reservation?
A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Will my credit card be charged right away?
No, unless otherwise specified, your credit card will be authorized upon your arrival and actually charged when you check out.
Are there additional charges?
We are valet parking only therefore, parking fees are additional to room rate.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Do you allow early check –in?
Check in is at 3pm however, we are happy to accommodate you earlier if we have a room available.
Do you allow late check-out?
Check-out time is 12noon however, you may stay later for a charge.
